Planning & Development Department

Neil Campbell, Code Enforcement Officer, Licensed Plumbing Inspector

The Planning & Development Department is responsible for administering and enforcing the Town's land use Ordinances as well as federal and state regulations that govern land use. 

The department also ensures compliance with these rules and regulations by reviewing plans prior to construction and conducting inspections of the projects. 

The Planning & Development Department issues all permits associated with projects, including building, plumbing, and land use permits.
