The Damariscotta Planning Board will hold a public hearing on
Monday, March 5, 2018 at 6:00 pm
at the Town Office meeting Room located at 21 School Street.
- Proposed amendment to the Damariscotta Shoreland Zoning Ordinance, Section 15.B.4.a for allowing flood proofing non-residential structures up to three feet above the base flood elevation (BFE) in lieu of elevating the lowest floor to three feet above the BFE. Flood proofed non-residential structures would be allowed to have thier lowest floor one foot above the BFE. Click here for proposed wording.
