The Planning Board is holding a public hearing on the following:

Proposed amendments to the Damariscotta Site Plan Review Ordinance to clarify procedures on multi-phased proposals and on a requirement for a fully compliant site plan application before an alternative site plan with waiver requests may be presented and tightening regulations for outdoor lighting, provision of sidewalks along Main Street developments and storm water management
