2019 Shellfish License Lottery

The 2019 Shellfish License Lottery will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 10am at the Damariscotta Town Office at 21 School Street, Damariscotta, Maine as follows:

  • Commercial Licenses - $150.oo + $2.00 Agent Fee - 6 available (as of 08/20/19)

  • Recreational Licenses - $5.00 + $2.00 Agent Fee - 21 available (as of 08/20/19)

Applicants MUST complete an application form AND be present to participate in the lottery.
Applicants MUST provide valid identification to apply.
