This is design is part of Phase I of the capital project process.  Following the public input process the engineers and project team will be able to proceed with a design for final layout and the creation of bid specifications.  Once that process is complete they will be able to put the project out to bid to find a contractor to complete the project.  Please take the time to participate in this process.
