The Town of Damariscotta will hold a Special Town Meeting on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 5:00pm at the Town Office located at 21 School Street in Damariscotta to ratify Town Manager's execution of an easement deed with Central Maine Power to grant to Central Maine Power Company with warranty covenants, the right and easement to erect, bury, maintain, rebuild, respace, patrol, operate, and remove and do all other actions involving electric wires and cable, anchors, guywires, or push-braces, together with all necessary fixtures and appurtences over, across, and under a portion of the surface of hte land on or adjacents to the Town's formare landfill site on Standpipe and Biscay Roads.
