PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING - SOLAR ENERGY ORDINANCE/HISTORIC PRESERVATION ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Damariscotta Planning Board will hold Public Hearings on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 6:00pm via ZOOM on the following:

  • Proposed NEW ordinance titled Solar Energy Systems Ordinance.  The new ordinance will be voted on by Damariscotta Voters at the Annual Town Meeting on June 8, 2021. (DRAFT ORDINANCE)

  • Proposed amendments of the Damariscotta Historic Preservation Ordinance.  The current ordinance was approved by the voters on March 3, 2020 and applies to properties within the existing Main Street Historic District. (DRAFT ORDINANCE)
