The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on the following:
Proposed NEW Ordinance titled Solar Energy Systems Ordinance. The new ordinance will be voted on by Damariscotta Voters at the Annual Town Meeting on June 8, 2021.
Proposed amendments of the Damariscotta Historic Preservation Ordinance. The current ordinance was approved by the voters on March 3, 2020 and applies to properties within the existing Main Street Historic District.
Proposed amendments of the Charter for the Town of Damariscotta to make the Historic Preservation Review Commission a standing board.
