2021 Shellfish Licenses go on sale

2021 SHELLFISH LICENSES GO ON SALE WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2, 2021 AT 10:00 AM AT THE DAMARISCOTTA TOWN OFFICE, LOCATED AT 21 SCHOOL STREET, DAMARISCOTTA.

• Resident Commercial                          18                 $150.00 + $2.00 agent fee

• Non-Resident Commercial                 14                 $250.00 + $2.00 agent fee

• Resident Recreational                         35                 $5.00 + $2.00 agent fee

• Non-Resident Recreational               10                  $10.00 + $2.00 agent fee

There is no conservation work required to obtain a 2021 Commercial license.

If the number of applicants present at 10 AM on June 2nd outnumber the number of licenses available, a lottery will be held immediately.

Applicants must complete a written application and provide proof of residency (resident) & identification.  Applications must be made in person.   Masks & social distancing requirements must be maintained.
