Planning Board will hold a Site Visit on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 4PM at the easterly side of US Route 1, near the Nobleboro Town Line. The purpose of the site visit is to determine if the buffer proposed by the applicant for the Damariscotta Solar 1 PV project satisfies the requirement of the Solar Energy Systems Ordinance that "ground mounted solar energy systems that exceed 2 acres in panel area shall be buffered such that they are not visible year round from a public road."
