Overview
The Board of Appeals is comprised of five voting members, selected for staggered three-year terms and up to two alternates appointed by the Board of Selectmen.
The Board hears and decides on applications for variances and appeals in accordance with state law and the Town's Land Use Ordinance. The Board is also responsible for appeal hearings on actions taken by the Town's Code Enforcement Officer.
